In October of 2005 Scott and Anne Baker purchased the Pillar To Post franchise territory encompassing Southwest King County in Washington State. This area includes the communities of Algona, Auburn, Des Moines, Federal Way, Kent & Pacific. Three years and hundreds of inspections later they purchased the rights to the Southeast King County territory in July of 2008. This expanded their service area to include the additional communities of Bellevue (South of I-90) Black Diamond, Covington, Enumclaw, Fairwood, Hobart, Issaquah (South of I-90) Kennydale, Newcastle, North Bend (South of I-90), Maple Valley, Ravensdale, Renton & Snoqualmie Pass (South of I-90)

Lifelong Washington residents, they have called Maple Valley home since 2002. They bring a combined total of over 30 years experience in the areas of home improvement, business management, accounting and customer service. They have earned the trust of buyers, sellers and real estate professionals, and have grown their business into a well liked and highly respected professional home inspection company. Their service team includes a full time certified home inspector, a Washington Department of Agricultural licensed pest inspector, a Washington State licensed real estate Instructor, as well as a highly trained customer service and marketing representative. The team has inspected homes in all kinds of neighborhoods, from older historic neighborhoods, to the new luxury homes, ranch estates, condos and everything in between.

Upon completion of the thorough inspection of your future home, our inspector will provide you with a comprehensive computer generated evaluation of the (up to 1,600) items visually checked during the inspection. This will include items that have been found or that you may have noticed prior to the inspection. This information will help you to buy with confidence knowing that a true professional has carefully evaluated and inspected your future home.

There's no need to wait for the information to be compiled and sent to you at a later date; the full, informative report will be printed and delivered to you before we leave the inspection. It also will include digital photos of relevant issues. For your convenience and that of your real estate professionals, the report can also be viewed via secure website or e-mail copy.

For the Home Seller: For sellers, a pre-listing inspection can detect previously unknown problems or potential upgrades that you wish to address prior to selling your home. Being aware of issues in advance will allow for disclosure of problems, which can result in smoother transactions for all parties.
