Phi Prive – Phil has spent the last 20 years refurbishing
older homes, as well as undertaking a wide variety of home improvement projects
in newer homes. He has bought and sold
several homes, so he understands what you are going through, and is prepared to
help in any way he can. Phil loves to walk through homes under construction,
examining every facet of the building process – from site preparation to the
final details. His fascination with the home building process inspired him to
become a Home Inspector. Phil’s background is in management, so he understands
the importance of customer service and communication. Phil brings an
eagerness to help others, confidence, and a positive attitude to the
business. His determination and attention to detail ensure your inspection
will be honest and thorough. In his spare time, Phil enjoys spending time with
his family, running, hiking, cooking, and helping out at local school sporting
events.
