Three years and hundreds of inspections later they purchased the rights to the Southeast King County territory in July of 2008. This expanded their service area to include the additional communities of Bellevue (South of I-90) Black Diamond, Covington, Enumclaw, Fairwood, Hobart, Issaquah (South of I-90) Kennydale, Newcastle, North Bend (South of I-90), Maple Valley, Ravensdale, Renton & Snoqualmie Pass (South of I-90)

There's no need to wait for the information to be compiled and sent to you at a later date; the full, informative report will be printed and delivered to you before we leave the inspection. It also will include digital photos of relevant issues. For your convenience and that of your real estate professionals, the report can also be viewed via secure website or e-mail copy.
