As a long standing franchisee of Pillar To Post, Fred Larsen has completed over 5,500 home inspections since 2001. Serving Salt Lake, Summit, Tooele and Wasatch counties, Fred has solidified many relationship with realtors and clients in his area. His full range of services include: radon testing, meth sampling, mold sampling, lead paint testing and energy audits. His experienced inspectors and professional array of services allow his clients to deal with one inspector to get everything done efficiently.
While conducting a home inspection, Fred and his team will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete a report of all findings. Their report will be very detailed and printed onsite with photos to indicate any areas of concern. Should you have any questions about the inspection, Fred and his team encourage you to ask them either before, during or after the inspection. Most of your questions will be answered onsite as you are encouraged to participate in the inspection.
