Pillar to Post Debuts in Herndon

Anyone who has ever purchased a home can tell you that the investment is one of the biggest you will ever make. That’s why it’s crucial, as a buyer, to determine the condition of the house from foundation to roofbefore signing on the dotted line. Hiring a home inspector prior to the purchase ensures that any problems in the existing residence aren’t discovered once it’s too late, potentially saving unsuspecting buyers from spending thousands of dollars after the sale of the home.

Many local buyers and sellers alike are turning to Pillar To Post Professional Home Inspection, North America’s leading home inspection company. Herndon residents Eric Boll and his wife, Beth Riddick, are the entrepreneurs behind Herndon’s new Pillar To Post. The business opened earlier this month and services Fairfax, Arlington and Loudoun counties, as well as Alexandria and Fall Church... Read More.

“The economy is picking up, and that’s good for everyone,” Eric Boll, who opened a Pillar to Post home inspection franchise in Herndon earlier this month, said in an interview. “We’re doing initial marketing approaches for the business now, and the response has been pretty favorable from potential customers, so I think we picked a good time to get started.”... He’s a survivor and entrepreneur

Orangeville resident Rob Sauve and wife Melanie opened their own Pillar to Post franchise last November 1st, serving the Halton Hills area as a comprehensive home inspection company.

Pillar to Post is a leader in home inspection for both the U.S.A. and Canada for anyone buying or selling a home.

Mr. Sauve, 42, is looking to the future of his new business with a positive attitude and forwardthinking outlook on his life, but it wasn’t always like that for him.

He was living on his own after the divorce of his parents when he was 17. Following the loss of his 18-year career due to downsizing, Mr. Sauve found himself motivated, and looking back on his time working construction with new hope for his future.

“I’ve always wanted to do something like this but I’ve just been struggling financially,” he said. “When I was young I had to get out on my own right away. At 17 years old I was on my own, so you fall into a path and whatever comes available is what you take and to start over it’s a big fear of doing something different.”... Read More.
