We take the time to talk to you about any concerns you may have going in, inspect all the major elements of the house and property, go over all of our findings with you on site, answer all of your questions, and present you with a printed Pillar To Post Home Inspection Report binder at the conclusion of your inspection. Your binder includes your report with descriptions, narrative comments and suggestions on how to handle any defects discovered. We also add digital pictures as sometimes a picture is worth a 1000 words and pictures allow us to show you issues that exist in places that are hard to access. At your request we will email the full report (with color pictures) to your attorney and realtor on the same day so that everyone involved is fully informed.
