Our home inspection franchise is based in Mesa Arizona in Maricopa County. It includes Mesa, Tempe, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, and Queen Creek. Also the smaller towns in Pinal County of Florence Junction and Superior.
Our commitment and objective is to communicate to you, information on the physical condition of the house you want inspected. Our responsibility is to give an accurate report of the condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, and its components at the time of the inspection. It includes but is not limited to the heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical, roof, attic, and property site. Over 1600 items are included. When you know the true physical condition of the property you can then make an informed, intelligent decision about the purchase.
Our clients’ expectations are exceeded by the quality of our detailed computerized reports, which include digital pictures, and the manner in which they are presented. We go through the report at the end of the inspection with you. We then walk through the house with you and point out any problem areas that were identified in the report, so you are aware of where they are and what they are. For those “out of town” buyers, our reports can be emailed, paid for by credit card over the phone, and we welcome your phone calls with questions.
Some of the local areas we specialize in and have done hundreds of home inspections in are “Las Sendas” and “Red Mountain Ranch” and the surrounding area in Mesa. Many parts of these areas are new and still growing. This exclusive area includes executive homes, single family homes, as well as condos on the golf course.
“Active Adult Retirement Communities” or “55 Plus Retirement Villages” are major contributors to the population of many areas in Mesa, Apache Junction and Gold Canyon. Some of these areas that we enjoy serving include “Fountain of the Sun” “Sunland Village” and “Las Palmas” to name a few.
